Sexism,Patriarchy,Racism and Colonialsm.Full Discourse

most aspects of white supremacy and white culture divide the soul. everything about it relies on binaries. everything requires an opposite. down to White god who is supposedly separate from us, such that we, being inherently sinful, must work all our lives to get back in his good books. a white needs a black to feel worthy. a man needs a [slave] woman/gays in order to look upon his manhood and see that he is worthy. We need to begin to discuss the separation created by the white patriarchal paradigm tho. especially where it affects and influences men of colour even. such that they can’t relate/function/think outside this shifty paradigm. Srsly.

I don’t think people love me. They love versions of me I have spun for them, versions of me they have construed in their minds. The easy versions of me, the easy parts of me to love. Who’s going to love the girl that can’t stop crying? The girl that hurts herself? The girl that is losing control? The girl that is so sad she can’t get out of bed? The girl that keeps pushing everyone away? Who’s going to love the monster in me, who’s going to love me now? (via wordsthat-speak)

the funniest thing in twilight is when bella thinks that the guy she has a crush on might be a vampire so she goes home and just googles the word “vampire” it’s ridiculous but also exactly what I would do in that situation
